Made from vintage Hankerchiefs, this truely one of one Skirt and Bloomer set is born. The Fern Wrap Skirt is created with over 20 hankerchiefs, which are attached together and gathered to create texture and volume. The skirt is worn by wrapping it around the body and fastening it with a button that can be adjusted by selecting the desired button hole placement and then secured with a waist tie.

Paired with the Fern Wrap Skirt is our Bloomer shorts. Featuring an elasticated waist and plenty of volume with elastic around each leg.
