Upcycled Materials

Upcycling is a core part of Fia Lucia. We choose to use upcycled textiles to reduce waste, honor existing materials, and create garments with character.  

Upcycled Materials 

I work with high-quality upcycled fabrics such as: 

Vintage or pre-loved tablecloths 

Reclaimed cottons and linens 

Fabric remnants and small-batch deadstock 

All materials are selected for their natural fibres, durability, and comfort.

Each upcycled textile is: 

Carefully inspected 

Thoroughly washed and sanitised 

Repaired where needed. 

Only materials that meet my quality standards are used.  

Upcycled materials mean many styles are produced in small runs or as one-off pieces, making each Fia Lucia garment truly limited.

Unique Qualities:​

Because these fabrics have lived a previous life, small variations or minor imperfections are common and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Any notable marks or features are always made clear in product images.
