Fia Lucia is a small business; all pieces are handmade one by one by Sophia in her small studio in the Blue Mountains. We're unable to offer refunds.

If you’re unsure before purchasing, I’m always happy to help with sizing, fit, and measurements.
To begin a return or exchange, simply contact me at hello@fialucia.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Returns cannot be accepted on custom pieces, garments with custom changes, or items that have been discounted.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds (for eligible situations) are processed back to your original payment method.
In accordance to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund on items due to the fit, change of mind, wrong colour or wrong size.
